Bad quality on new iPhone 17 Air

My Question or Issue

Eversince I got a new iPhone 17 Air Spotify's sound quality is incredibly awful. Everything sounds terrible and you can defintley hear the difference when comparing it to older devices (Compared it to my older iPhone 14 Pro, 11 Pro and even iPhone 5S, everything sounds better than the quality on the iPhone Air).

I've tried pretty much everything (Playing around in the sound settings, deleting the app, restarting my phone, yada yada) and the problem is still persistent. I've had this issue for over a month now, and its starting to get on my nerves, dont even get me started on the sound quality when connecting it to my cars bluetooth... I used to carry two phones just to get a better sound quality out of Spotify.

Just to confirm, have you tried with other music/video apps on the same device (iPhone 17 Air) to see if the issue persists? Also, try listening on the Spotify Web Player, instead of the app, and let us know if the sound is still with bad quality there.

In the meantime, you can try checking these 2 options on your iPhone to see if the sound quality improves:

• In Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Adjust the Balance off of zero and then back to zero.
• In Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Volume Limit > turn the limit on and then off.
