Blank white screen in iPad app.

Help! I have just tried to open my spotify app and I get a blank white screen. I can see the buttons down the side like search, what's new etc but nothing happens when I touch them. I have deleted the app and reloaded it twice. It is working on my iPhone and has been working ok on iPad up til now. Help!! Thanks.

Hey @Lulabella69 ! Welcome to the community 🙂 

I am just going to pop this over into the iOS section since it sounds like an iOS issue. 

Would you be able to try removing Spotify, fully powering off your device by holding down the home and lock button together until the apple logo appears on the screen and then installing again from App Store? 

If that doesn't work, can you let us know what version of iOS you are using?
