Bought premium from iTunes.

Bought premium from iTunes.

Which account did I buy premium for? I don't have premium on my account. Is this because my Apple ID email isn't the same as my Spotify account email???

Hiya sadelius, welcome to the Community. Did you sign in with Facebook on the app? It may just be that your app takes a little bit of time to reflect that you have paid for Premium. Can you check at https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/ to see if it shows that your Account is Spotify Premium. If it is - it's just app delays and you should try a re-install from your App Store - if it's convinient for you. If it is still Free on the web, keep on reading.

 

Since you paid with your Apple ID - it may take a little bit of time because it wasn't processed directly through Spotify. If it's been quite a long time - it may be worth pinging Customer Support a message with your iTunes transaction ID and Apple ID. NEVER SEND SENSITIVE INFORMATION LIKE CARD NUMBERS AND SECURITY CODES PUBLICALLY ON THE COMMUNITY FORUMS, IN PRIVATE MESSAGES TO PEOPLE ON THE COMMUNITY FORUMS, NOR THROUGH E-MAIL TO SPOTIFY. IF YOU GET AN E-MAIL FROM SPOTIFY ASKING FOR CARD INFORMATION, IT MIGHT BE A SPOOF. THEY DON'T NEED THAT INFORMATION FROM YOU.
