Bought premium not getting premium

I bought premium on my Apple iTunes app, like I always do and it's not connecting to my Spotify. I always log in the same- through Facebook but it's not working this time and on the Spotify app it says I have free. But in iTunes I have premium

iTunes can be finicky with third-party subscriptions, especially for Spotify. Spotify recommends you switch to subscribing directly through them with the steps outlined in this article.

I've already bought it though on Apple and it charged me twice so I don't want to have to pay for it again

Spotify's in-app purchases are off right now so you'll have to contact Apple Support to get the charges reversed. The only other way is making the switch.
