Bought spotify premium trough itunes but doesn't work

Hello, today i renew my spotify account and on my itunes account it's saying that my premium account is active. but when i go into the app and when i try to listen offline it says "go premium" and when i click the "go premium" button it does nothing. I tried logging in and out of my account and tried to re-download the app but nothing helps. I would really appreciate it if someone could help. thanks

You can log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email, your username will be displayed after you login.

Check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Logout of the app in your phone, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
