Broke my Iphone - All music gone - PLEASE HELP :(

Hello,

I was involved in a car accident Saturday night and my Iphone 7 screen broke. I had to redownload all my apps (including spotify) on my new Iphone 7 from my insurance claim. When I logged into Spotify through my Facebook account all my playlists are gone. When I log into Spotify from online - all my playlists are gone. I thought the music was backed up to my online spotify account?? Someone please help me - I will seriously pay someone to help me.
