Can I move an individual account into a family plan?

Can I somehow move my individual account into somebody else's family plan?

If not is there any way to transfer my playlists and data into a new account?

Hi,

You should be able to do this by getting the person who is in charge of the family plan to add your spotify username or email address that is inked with your spotify account onto their family list. That option is on spotify.com under account settings. 

They should be able to send you a link or an email to you for you to confirm your account is being added.
