Can login using browser but not when using iPad app

Can login using browser but not when using iPad app

Just upgraded to Premium Family.

Seemed to be working fine, sent invite, got family member logged in and can see the family member as active on the admin account.

Family member can log-in using browser but when using iPad app can't.

Have tried changing password and reinstalled app but problem remains.

I know it’s annoying when you can’t access your music, but this can be fixed, so don't worry 🙂

 

It looks like you made your account by signing up directly with your email address. All you have to do is to enter your username (not your email address!) and password and tap LOG IN.

 

If you can't still log in, try resetting your password again here.
