Can no longer rearrange songs within my spotify playlists. (Iphone)

I can no longer rearrange songs in my playlists on my Iphone.

I have seen other threads related to the same problem and customer service just seems to add a link saying it was disabled but not giving any timeline (if there is one) to when this problem will be fixed. They then mark the thread/problem as "solved".

I would like to get an answer to whether that function will be reinstated so that I can decide whether to cancel my premium membership or not.

Please help.
