Can no longer save albums to "Your Music"

Can no longer save albums to "Your Music"

For the past few days, whenever I save an album to My Music, it disappears shortly thereafter, whether it's on my iPhone, iPad, or Mac.  Usually once I close and re-open the app, it's gone.  Is anybody else having this issue?  What gives?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
