Can't access Playback (to get to Autoplay) on iPhone SE

My Question or Issue

I want to access the Autoplay under Playback to turn it off/on.

On my Iphone SE, when I go to Settings, the dropdown menu from Account down to About works fine, but the dropdown menu from Playback down to Music Quality doesn't work.

There is a note at the bottom "These options are not available when listening on another device".

I have turned off all other devices, but it doesn't make any difference.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't work either.

To make things weirder, my wife can access the Playback and Autoplay features on her Iphone 8 on the same Premium Family Plan.

Any suggestions?

Could you let us konw if setting your phone to Airplane Mode fixes the issue?

 

Do you also mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to access Playback in Settings, just to get a better idea of what's happening?

Your suggestion worked! When I turn my Iphone SE to Airplane mode, I can access Playback and then Autoplay.

But when I turn Airplane mode back off, it reverts back to the same problem.
