Hi, I yesterday bought an premium account online with normal sign in (not with FB) Until now 8 hours later, the authentification in the App is refused.
Steps: 1.Started the actual App I just downloaded from iTunes/App Store 2.Inserted Emailadress and password. 3. Pressed the Apply button.. 4. Seen the three animated white rings 5 got a notification that emailadress or password may be wrong.
What steps you’ve tried already: Deletet the App, fresh installation Rebooted the iPhone 5s iOS 9.2 Changed the password on the Webpage
