Can’t change order of songs in queue

My Question or Issue

When I shuffle a playlist I change the order that the songs play in and the first one plays but the rest just play in the order the songs were in before. I’ve tried doing it multiple ways but it still just plays on shuffle in the order it was in the queue.

It seems that the queue issues are under investigation.

Please add your vote and details there so it can be better addressed.

I'd also recommend upgrading to iOS 12.
