Can't download songs even though I'm premium

Can't download songs even though I'm premium

I have tried reinstalling and everything but I cannot download songs I go to setting and account and it says premium but it won't let me download it please help

If you still can't download songs could you provide iOS and app version?

9.3.5 and Spotify version 6.8.0.3786

I have iPad mini 1

I think it the first generation iPad isn't fully supported, so that may be why.

I have downloaded songs before and it has worked perfectly but when I reinstall it dosent work

 

 

You can try a clean installation. Do it in the order written. Uninstall the app. Restart the iPad. Install the app.
If this don't work I am out of ideas.
