Can't filter downloaded songs since update

Ever since updating to Spotify 8.5.7 the 'Songs' tab in 'My Library' were moved to 'Liked Songs' and I can't seem to be able to filter by Downloaded Songs anymore. 

I can filter by downloaded playlists, but sometimes I don't feel like listening to an specific playlist at all and I liked to play all my downloaded songs in Shuffle, I could create a new playlist with all my downloaded playlist songs as a workaround but that would mean whenever I wanted a new song on a playlist I'd have to add it twice.

I investigated if this feature was removed for some reason but it seems I should be able to go to liked songs > filters and be able to filter them, the option does not appear for me though, if I go to filters in liked songs I only get 'classify by' options.

This is the second time Spotify removes a feature I use on mobile (the first being able to shuffle play songs in a playlist folder) and it's kind of a bummer 😞
