My Question or Issue

For a month or two after I switched plans from Individual to Family, I have downloaded songs on Spotify to listen to offline. However, when I turn off my mobile data for Spotify in settings or enter offline mode in the app, the app might work fine for a few minutes but then all of my songs will turn grey, the downloaded symbol will disappear and the app will tell me i am offline and I am then unable to listen to music. As soon as I turn mobile data back on or offline mode off, all the songs will instantly regain the green downloaded symbol. I have tried clearing cache, logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling and redownloading all my songs numerous times but the problem persists. It is very inconvenient and annoying, and does not happen to any other members of my Family Plan.

Hi, This sounds very frustrating. Are you able to visit your account settings on the website and log out of all devices connected to your account and then try again?
