Can’t log into my account

 I have a premium account with Spotify, I set up my account using my Facebook log in details. 

Ive tried to log into my Spotify but unable to do so. Error 408 pops up all the time.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend to update to iOS 12.1.2 and to sign out of your currently signed in Facebook account in Safari and clearing Safari's history and cache/cookies.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
