My Question or Issue

My Spotify was was buggy these past few days, it said it wasn't connected to the Internet even though it was so I couldn't listen to most of my playlist. Somebody suggested logging out and in again but now I can't login anymore. I tried with facebook and with my email and password and everytime I get the message "Something went wrong. Try again." I tried to login on another mobile device (Android) and it worked fine and I'm also able to login on desktop. Here's what I've tried so far:

1- Restart my phone

2- Uninstall Spotify and reinstall it

3- iOS software update

4- Remove Spotify from my Facebook and try to login again

 

I don't know what to try next, but it definitely seems to be an issue with my device

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

 

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

 

It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have.

 

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
