My Question or Issue

When I’m offline my playlist “Liked Songs” doesn’t open. Only on Wi-Fi or mobile data turned on so I it opens.

Before I updated Spotify I could do that, but now that I’ve updated I can’t anymore.

is it normal?

Ps: My playlist “liked songs” isn’t downloaded but a lot of songs in there is.

Hey there @andrezs

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, and welcome 🙂

We understand you've already tried reinstalling the app. However, we'd like to suggest a clean reinstall as it's more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you try downloading the playlist to see if you notice any difference?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Thanks for helping. Tried what you told me. I come back later to say if it’s works.
