Since 2 days i have trouble to acces my playlists on my IOS device. If i click the 'button' that links to my playlists it wont open it just gives no reaction. Yesterday i had the same problem on the webplayer all the other features work. But if i want to acces the "my music" tab it just wont react.
So i can't open my playlists, numbers, albums, artist,... So everything in the "my music" tab doenst work. Its really annoying. Is it a server problem from spotify ?
Please help me to fix this. I'm a premium member so i would like to be able to use my saved playlists and music.
What device and iOS version are you running? Try reinstalling the app.
How many playlists do you have in your music? Can you access your music anywhere? Try the desktop app and see if that works.
