Can't pay over app store

Hey, so my english is bad, when here is someone who could help me in german would be great.
I hasn't enough money on my app store to pay spotify directly over the app store. So, they downgraded me to free.So i load it today. Now i can't pay. There are 3 other payment methods i can choose. But not the one over the appstore. I also logged me out and in again. In the appstore. And in spotify. Also i installed spotify new. But it doesen't works anymore!

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Thank you for your answer! I contacted them yesterday, and so i wait at the moment for a e-mail from the support.
