Can’t play liked songs anymore

My Question or Issue

Hi guys. I just opened Spotify again after a couple weeks of not using it. Before, I used to be able to go to my liked songs and play them  fully and in any order when I clicked on them. Now, when I click on the song, it only plays a 3-4 sec preview. The only way I can play is via shuffle play, and even then I can’t reshuffle. It’s stuck to the first order it’s on.

Whats going on?

Hi @hammad80, welcome to the Community.

Spotify free on mobile is tied to a shuffle mode only. If you would like to play songs on demand or have them availalbe even without internet you could always upgrade to Premium.

Does Spotify premium really have higher quality music? I’m having trouble understanding how that’s possible.

Hey @hammad80,

Yes it does, if you go to Settings in Music Quality you'll be able to choose Very High with Premium, which is a quality of 320kbps 🙂
