Can’t rearrange songs

My Question or Issue

I just downloaded Spotify and made a playlist but I can’t seem to rearrange the songs according to my preference.  I’ve searched up articles and they say you can edit the playlist but I don’t see that option anywhere.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available on the Free version of the app.
