Can't recognize my phone 5 or sync local files please help

Every day I plug my phone and try to recognize it but I tons work.  Being going on for a month and I can't take this any more I need my local files. I will not pay for this if I can't use it to its full ability. Please help me I really need my local files and

Phone 5 16GB White Please help I beg some one to fix this I honestly love spotify but I do want my playlists to have local files.

By "plug your phone in" I assume you mean via USB? 

Unfortunately, its not possible to sync Spotify using a cable. You need to connect your phone and your computer to the same WiFi network (or just network in general, your PC can be cabled in) and then follow the steps in this help page to sync your device.
