Can't see cover art when offline

iOS version: 10.1.1
Spotify version: 6.8.0.3786

Can't see cover art for any album when offline.
Please help.

Hey @Vipul33, this definitely isn't cool! Unfortunately the offline album art is a bit glitchy on iOS, but one thing you can try is going into your Spotify account settings (https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/), then click "Offline devices" on the left hand side, and try removing all offline devices. Once you've done that, try syncing your offline tracks again and see if the album art loads.

If that doesn't work, can you please try reinstalling the Spotify iOS app?
