Can't see my Local Files on iPhone

I've been trying to sync my Local Files on my PC to my phone for a while now. I downloaded the playlist and theres a song in there as a test, but it wont show up on my phone. As a matter of fact, none of my local files will show up on my phone. Any help?

Please visit your account page online at Spotify.com and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

Then log back in on all devices as it might shakes things up a bit.

In addition, it's always good to recheck this help page on the "Local Files" feature to see if we're missing anything in the process.
