Can't see my playlist descriptions on my Ipod when offline

I have a 5th gen IPOD and am a Spotify Premium member. Ever since the new Spotify UI was launched a week or so ago, I have a problem. When I am offline, I can't see the desriptions of my playlists. The playlists/music are there on the IPOD, in fact Spotify tells me how many tracks I have on each playlist. But there are no descriptions. So If I want to find a particular playlist, I can't find it unless I actually open each individual playlist on the IPOD to see what it is. I can't just scan my playlist descriptions, I have to blindly "hunt and peck" by opening each playlist until I find the one I am looking for. Very frustrating, and only started happening with the new UI. I don't care if I can't see the album art when offline, I simply want to see the playlist description I gave each playlist on my IPOD.
