Can't stream abroad - Premium user here

I was playing music fine for some time abroad. Today I was streaming like usual when the playback bar disappeared and song was stopped. http://imgur.com/CxSKCdX

Happens every time I try.

Same exact thing happens with desktop player. I can browse, view songs as normal. So basically I can't stream.

The strange part is, if I start Spotify initially on VPN and turn VPN off, it works. which suggests that it is some kind of authentication issue at spotify's server. An authentication specific to music playback.

Please help. May I speak to spotify team please?

Update: Now works as usual but you might want to look into this.

Hi. It looks lie there may have been server issues earlier which are now fixed. Other folk also posted around the same time as you that they couldn't stream music.
