Can't sync local files from PC to iPhone.

My Question or Issue

I am unable to sync local files from my PC with my mobile, I have followed every guide that I have been able to find and nothing is working, all that shows up is an empty playlist. I have checked that both devices are on the same network, I have even tried using a mate's network to see if the problem was on my end but that didn't work either. At this point I don't know what to do, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

That's why they are called Local Files. Spotify won't sync them through different devices despite having the same account logged in to them.
