Can't sync new tracks

Hello,

I use Spotify with premium membership on my ipod 5. I have roughly 3000 tracks synced on it, but now when I add new tracks, I see a red exclamation mark beside the track's name. It seems to be a capacity problem because when I delete tracks, I can sync new ones, but I still have 30 Go of free space on my ipod. I tried to delete the app and download it again, but the same problem occured.

Can you help me?

Hi there, Spotify Premium allows up to 3,333 offline tracks per device, on up to 3 devices- 9,999 total.  It sounds like you may have gone over the 3,333.

That's really disappointing to pay for premium if I can't actually use it as much as I'd like.
