Can't sync personal tracks from laptop to iPhone app

So spotify doesn't have a couple of my favorite albums for streaming, which is fine as I already own them on iTunes. However, every time I try to get those albums and songs onto my iphone app by making them available offline in a playlist, they don't download and it tells me "Song Not Downloaded"

Any help?

you can see that the local files are downloading successfully when it started downloading immediately same as those that are available in spotify, but if you see the 'waiting for download' taking too long, it's NOT going to download. that's what I'm experiencing now.

I had the same issue. The tracks weren't even showing up on the list on my ipad. However, I went into the app store and updated the spotify app on my ipad. That did the trick and the tracks appeared! Did I really need the update? Probably not, but it forced spotify to shut down and open back up again and that's probably really what it was. Good luck!
