Can'tadd songs to new playlist

Trying to create a new playlist on iOS, but when I go to add the 2nd song, I get an error:

COULD NOT LOAD PLAYLIST.

The playlist is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Doesn't matter what song I try to add, nothing is added to the playlist.

Hmm, seems strange that it's specifically happening on the 2nd song. To check:

• Make sure you're running the latest version of the app.
• Ensure you're on the latest version of iOS by going to your phone's Settings > General > Software Updates.
• Make sure the playlist title contains no strange characters or emojis.
• Check the connection - try adding songs whilst on WiFi instead of 4G.
