Can you enable Artist Name and Album info over bluetooth streaming?

When in the car the streaming of spotify via the cars OEM equipment works fine, in fact it is working better than ever i'm assuming due to an update recently, ie when i choose AUX on the headunit spotify will play immediately rather than having to mess with the phone opening the app (which is difficult when you're already on the move). So thanks for this change, very happy customer here!

Back on topic, can we get the Artist Name and Album info to stream over? The track title will display without issue, although it will not scroll on long title (another matter..). If i press 'Info' on the headunit it would show info about the track if i was using iPod or mp3 CD, could we get this sorted for spotify also?

Pics can be supplied if absolutely necessary. The car is Ford Fiesta 2009, firmware is the latest on both car and phone.
