Cancelled Apple Acct Still Have Spotify Acct- Won't Play

I realized I was being charged 12.99/month from Apple for my Premium Spotify acct and being charged 9.99/ month by Spotify so I talked with Apple support and they cancelled my acct with them- I still have an active acct with Spotify (its the same acct as far as I can tell- same email address and everything) and am still being charged by Spotify but now when I go to the app it is telling me payment failed and to upgrade... How do I fix this?

Hey @SWest69! Welcome to the community!

 

When you cancel your subscription through iTunes, your subscription will still run until the renewal date. You can upgrade to Spotify Premium here. Let me know how that goes.
