Cannot log-in, iphone 7, IOS 10.3.2, spotify premium, will not send password link even tho I know pw

After downloading IOS 10.3.2 on iphone 7, spotify premium will not accept my login. Tried username with and w/o email. Tried deleting and reloading spotify from iphone. Tried disconnecting iphone app but now cannot reconnect it because I cannot login. THis is very frustrating since I'm paying for premium and only have spotify on 2 other devices. Please help. Is there no support number to call??

FYI - Apple solved the problem -log-in on a computer, there you will get an email to reset password even though I did not get this on my phone. From there you can reset password. Strange situation - never had a problem and honestly surprised there's no help # to call for a monthly subscription service.
