Cannot shuffle play all downloaded songs in offline mode

My Question or Issue

After latest update (downgrade) much harder to access and listen to songs in my library, many issue which have been covered in other threads however the one I haven’t found regards offline mode.

When set to offline mode, I can no longer filter “songs” to “downloads” because their is no songs list and the new hassle filled “liked songs” playlist will not let you filter by downloaded songs.  

The only list you can filter to “downloads” when offline is the “albums” list, but then there is no way to shuffle play all albums or songs. Each album must be clicked, then can shuffle play album.  Pointless. Aren’t we in 2019? Not changing discs in a discman in 1995!

Long time paying customer but limiting my access and control to songs I have selected for my library is not customer or user friendly, especially bad in offline mode which is really important to many while traveling to save data costs.

Will likely cancel my service and try something else if not addressed. Am sure I won’t be the only one.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Playing an entire library on shuffle easily is basic functionality. I question the future of your product and company. Good luck?

Already moved over to Amazon music have been very happy with it for well
