Cant downloads new songs

Hi

Im trying to download two playlist, but it says "waiting to be downloaded" but never happens, even that I'm just next to my modem, and yes, I'm a premium user and also, yes, I have space in my cell phone

If you're having issues with saving your music offline, make sure to check the following: 

• The device is not in sleep mode.
• There is enough free space to sync the songs (we recommend 1GB or more).
• The device has an active internet connection.
• You haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device.
