cant play my all my songs offline now. even though im on premium. its like it has been erased need to be downloaded again. i always pay my monthly bill but why. please help  using iphone ios 11. thanks

Please check your internet connection as it seems from the screenshot Spotify isn't able to connect in order to actually download your songs.

To make sure you are on Premium just check it in Spotify Subscription Page.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.
