Carplay: Following Artists=> Browse Albums

Since search isn't avaliable I'm adding artists that I follow to make it easier to find what I want to listen to, but when I click the artist I get no choice in what songs play for that artist.  I really don't want to follow all the albums that I'm interested in (browsing 1000s of albums won't work very well).  People that pay for a premium service are music people and music people want to listen to entire albums.  Please provide a manageble way to at least select an album for an artist I follow.

Hoping to aviod swithing to apple music... please help.
