Changed phone. Lost account

Changed phone. Lost account

I recently upgraded my phone, I installed spotify. But when I signed in I had nothing on my account. No saved music. Doesn't even remember that I pay for premium as it advertises upgrading. It's like I've just started over.

What is going on and how do I get all my account info back? I don't really fancy having to start again.

Hi @Megzbo,

 

Your Premium and playlists are tied to your Spotify account which is stored remotely, so it should just be a case of logging in using the same details.

 

Double check your login on your new device, it is so easy to have two accounts unknowingly, one with a Spotify username and another using Facebook.
