Charged twice for subscription

I'm being charged twice for the Premium.
$9.99 though Spotify, $12.99 though apple.
How do I fix this?

Looks like you're having duplicate accounts, and you're paying for both.

 

First, you need to check your itunes subscriptions for Auto Renewals and turn it off for Spotify.

That will stop your $12.99 subscription.

 

Here are Apple's instructions on how to do it:

Next, look for an email receipt for your Spotify subscription purchase. In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

With that username, you can login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
