Choppy audio con Iphone SE with downloaded music

When I listen to downloaded music, it gets choppy when the phone is locked. It´s random, not always happend, but it´s very annoying.... I downloaded a lot of music to not deppend on cellular data...

In this case, could you try following these steps:

• Restarting your device
•  If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify app?

I'm currently using version 8.4.67.665, but it's happening to me with the last 3-4 versions and with an iPhone 5 too.

Also reinstall the application and download new albums, but some times I get choppy audio few seconds after I lock the phone, this lasts a few seconds and normalizes or if I unlock the phone it sound good.

Thanks for the clarification. Looks like this is just an issue with your device.

If this happens again, I’d recommend reinstalling the app again, following the link I provided in my last reply, and do make sure your device is updated to the latest version.
