Chromecast & iPhone: Changing audio quality ?

Is there a way to change the quality of audio on the Chromecast via the iPhone app? What is the default audio quality anyway?

I think the audio quality will default to the highest, but it could also match the streaming quality setting chosen in the settings of the Spotify iOS app. Not 100% sure, but it should be the highest quality if that is chosen in the iOS app.

The audio quality settings were greyed out for me while streaming with the latest Chromecast with the iOS app.

It's the same quality as the application you cast from.
But you have to set the quality before casting.
