It’s been months that my Spotify takes a lot of time connecting at the startup. 
it eventually connects, but at times it can take up to 3 minutes to do so. 
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn’t solve it. I also tried a soft reset and a hard reset of my phone, but again, it did it solve my issue.

On my windows laptop it works just fine

how can I solve this?

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere option from your Spotify's account page?

 

Maybe try doing a clean reinstall to see if that helps. Just follow these steps.

If possible try logging in with a different Spotify account.
