Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Which devices does this behavior occur on? Have you tried using the Web Player instead?

 

In the meantime, we'd suggest that you try to log out > restart your device(s) > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you.


If the issue persists, it might also be good idea to clear saved data and cached files by following the steps here
