Cover Art Won't Display in my vehicle

I have an iPhone 6 and recently deleted that dreadful U2 album from iTunes. Ever since then, Spotify album art won't show up on the display in my vehicle any time I plug in my phone to the USB port in my car. I'm running iOS 11.1.2. I've already tried uninstalling & re-installing the Spotify app on my phone. I also adjusted the display settings in my car. Nothing seems to work.
