I can not listen to any music over cellular, ONLY wi-fi. I have tried all trouble shooting steps, talked to spotify customer service (to no avail). It is extremely frustrating. I have reset my phone. Deleted/reinstalled the app. Logged out/logged in, etc.
I have attached the error message I get when trying to access via cellular. It is a DNS problem, but nobody, including spotify technical help desk, is of any help. I'm hoping somebody has encountered the problem and succesfully troubleshooted it. ANY help would be much appreciated.
