Daily Mix stream or play from library?

My Question or Issue -

When I am listening to one of my "Daily Mixes" and a song being played is IN MY DOWNLOADED content, is it playing it from my library or streaming it?

If you listen to a song, wherever it is on Spotify, the song get's streamed if it was not played previously and once it's downloaded Spotify simply counts the times it was played and adds it to the times that specific song was streamed by you in this case 🙂
