Deactive shuffle and repeat for good

When I connect my IPhone X via Bluetooth to my car stereo and start Spotify, the car always activates shuffle and repeat in Spotify, no matter what. Apparently I cannot change that in the car stereo's setting. Is there a way to prevent at least shuffle from ever being activated in the Spotify App?

When it starts shuffling press the song it’s playing so it enlarges, there should be arrows near bottom left that are green, press them and shuffle turns off

I know how to turn repeat and shuffle off once, but my point is that the car stereo always re-activates it. I want to deactivate it forever.
