Deleted my facebook account. How can you transfer Spotify Premium to another account?

I have permanently deleted my facebook account and therefore I no longer have Spotify Premium. I got Spotify Premium via a phone deal with Telia in Denmark and now that I have permanently deleted my facebook account I can no longer access Spotify Premium and I am therefore wasting money by paying money for something I don't have. Is there any possible way to transfer my Spotify Premium onto another account? Any help would be very appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your playlists etc moved over onto a new account. Unfortunately its unlikely they will be able to move your subscription, to do that normally you would need to get in touch with your subscription provider to get them to move the subscription to your new account once you get it set up.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
